The Promise constructor accepts a function (an executor) that will be executed immediately and two functions: resolve and reject, which must be called when the Promise is resolved (passing a result) (passing an error).
The addition of promises to the JavaScript programming language was revolutionary. To model asynchronous control-flow before promises, callbacks had to be passed into function calls. Promises make managing asynchronous activities in your React app considerably more readable and maintainable.
