Exception handling is a strong JavaScript feature that allows you to manage problems while still maintaining a consistent JavaScript code/program flow. An object providing a description of what went wrong is an exception. It also determines the source of the problem.
When an exception occurs, exception handling ensures that the program's flow does not break. For example, if a program has a large number of statements and an exception occurs in the middle of executing some of them, the statements after the exception will not be executed, and the program will end abruptly.
Exception handling has been added to JavaScript in recent versions. To handle exceptions, JavaScript implements the try... catch... finally construct as well as the throw operator.
Exception handling is the process of responding to abnormal or exceptional conditions that require special processing during the execution of a program in computing and computer programming.
