FAQs

Location property is used in Scada for different purposes, such as:

  • Defining the physical location of a data point in the process model;
  • Defining the logical location of a process node in the control model; and
  • Specifying that an object has to be located at a specific physical site.

Location properties are used in SCADA systems to detect changes in the environment such as temperature or humidity. In most cases, it’s used to detect if something has been moved or changed in the area where it was installed.

There are many benefits of using a location property. These include:

  • Location properties can be used in conjunction with other keywords and phrases that you want to rank for, like "dog boarding" or "flowers".
  • Location properties can help increase your organic search traffic by driving more visitors who are interested in your business to your website.
  • Location properties can help you rank for long tail keywords that you might not be able to rank for otherwise, like "dog walkers near me" or "flower delivery near me".
