When an alert goes off, you should usually acknowledge it so that other people don't try to examine the same problem. The Acknowledge or Acknowledge Alarms choices are used to acknowledge an alert.
There are three types of alarm systems in Scada:
Fire Alarm System- uses heat sensors and smoke detectors.
Intrusion Alarm System- uses motion detectors and infrared beams.
Other types of Alarm Systems- use proximity sensors, pressure sensors, etc.
