Select the nParticle sparks emitter object in the Outliner and go to nParticles > Create nParticles > Points. Emit from Object > Select nParticles > Create nParticles > Select Edit > Reset Settings in the Emitter Options (Emit from Object) window and perform the following steps: Type emitter sparks for the Emitter name.
The Particle Systems feature in Maya lets you to design complicated collections of objects with similar appearances and behaviors. Particles are great for animating challenging effects like explosions, bee swarms, and star galaxies.
Particles can be emitted from the surface of a polygon or NURBS object.
Choose between polygonal and NURBS objects.
Select nParticles > Emit From Object > and click OK.
Select an Emitter type from the Basic Emitter Attributes section.
Create after making any additional appropriate particle emission settings.
