Choose Effects > Smoke > Set attributes in the Create Smoke Effect Options window (see Editing Smoke Effect Attributes below) and then click Create. An emitter, emitted particle object, expressions, turbulence field, and other fields are created by the Smoke effect. Watch the video.
Select Fluid Effects > Get Fluid Example to retrieve the example fluid files, beginning states, and presets. See Import Fluid Examples for details on how to use fluid examples.
Maya Fluid Effects is a method for simulating and portraying fluid motion in a realistic manner. Fluid Effects allows you to generate a wide range of atmospheric, pyrotechnic, space, and liquid effects in 2D and 3D.
