Drawing Star using Object Size Property in SCADA

The Star Drawing tool can be used in the following ways:

  • Generating charts on demand or when required
  • Generating plots with specific parameters
  • Generating graphs based on user defined criteria

Star drawing comes in handy when you need to monitor and control your SCADA systems. Star drawing allows you to set up alarms in case something goes wrong with your system and it also helps you avoid false alarms.

The Object Size property defines how many points (or pixels) long and wide an object is. If the object is square, then it has four sides and each side will be defined by two points on each side. If the object is rectangular, then it will have four sides and each side will be defined by three points on each side. The Object Size property can also be used for circular objects, but it must use a radius instead of a length value for calculating its size.
