TKinter is a cross-platform GUI toolkit for Python. It provides an easy way to create GUIs in Python. TKinter is used by many open source projects like Scratch, Kivy, Pygame and PyQt.
Tkinter is the de facto technique to develop graphical user interfaces (GUIs) in Python, and it comes with all standard Python distributions. It's the only framework that comes with the Python standard library.
Import the Tkinter module.
Make the main window for the GUI application.
Include one or more of the widgets listed above in the GUI application.
To respond to each event caused by the user, enter the main event loop.
Make copies of the widgets you want to use in your interface.
Define the widgets' layout (i.e., the location and size of each widget).
Create functions to do the actions you want on user-generated events.
