This panel can be set up by adding a new swatch in the time ruler menu or using keyboard shortcuts such as copy, paste or move up/down

To customise the Timeline panel, go to the Timeline Display Settings menu and the Timeline panel menu. To access the Button Editor, go to the Timeline Display Settings menu and select Customize Video Header or Customize Audio Header. To add a button, drag it from the Button Editor onto a track header.
