Premiere Pro is a professional video editing software, originally developed by Adobe Systems. It offers an easy-to-use interface and a broad range of professional tools and features. The main types of project in Premiere Pro are a project in Premiere Pro consisting of multiple clips and can contain audio, graphics, text, effects, transitions, and more.
Premiere is the world's most popular professional editing software. There are two types of editing in Premiere: non-linear and linear. Non-linear editing is when you have your media clips organized and created with a timeline, which makes it easier for you to edit and make changes. You can then export your work in different formats like Vimeo, YouTube, Standard Definition or High Definition.
A collection is a group of clips and media files that are related to each other. You can have as many collections in one project as you like, and you can also create new ones. Premiere Pro also has native support for Reusable Sets, which allows you to save a project's structure and content with just one click.
Premiere Pro best-practice workflow: 1) Import clips into the timeline 2) Apply filters 3) Add transitions 4) Apply color correction 5) Generate titles 6) Add audio 7) Export finished video
