Date/Time functions
Date/Time aggregate functions
Time/Date aggregate functions
A data analyst can use SQL to access, read, alter, and analyse data contained in a database in order to generate meaningful insights that will help them make better decisions.
There are many date and time functions in SQL. Some of the most common ones are DATE_ADD, DATE_SUB, DATE_TO_SECOND, and TIME.
TIME() extracts the time component of a specified time/datetime. If expression is not a datetime/time, or if expression is NULL, this method returns "00:00:00."
Creates a date value using three Integer inputs: year, month, and day. TIME FEATURE Time values are generated from three Integer type inputs: hour, minute, and second. DATETIME is a date and time function. The following Integer type inputs are used to generate a Datetime value: year, month, day, hour, minute, and second.
