Installation is done by hand. Here is the link to the CodeIgniter 4 zip file.
Composer is being used. If you're on Windows, use Command Prompt to get to htdocs/; if you're on a Mac, use Terminal.
Run. Run the public/ subdirectory of the project.
Conclusion. You can either use a composer or manually install it.
On Hostinger's Premium and Business shared hosting plans, Composer is pre-installed. If you're using one of these, you can jump ahead to the next section. If it turns out to be outdated, you'll need to update it locally by installing the correct version.
Run the installer in your project directory to install Composer locally. Instructions can be found on the Download page. After checking a few PHP parameters, the installer will download composer. phar to your working directory.
Installation:
Download the latest version of CodeIgniter from their website
Unzip the downloaded file
Copy the folder “Codeigniter” to your web server directory
Create a database in MySQL (using phpMyAdmin or other software)
Open the config
Save the PHP files to your computer. The PHP Windows installer is required.
Open the files and extract them.
Set up PHP.
Change the path environment variable to C:php.
Configure PHP as an Apache module.
Put a PHP file to the test.
