Bugzilla is a tool for tracking defects and bugs. Developers and testers can use defect tracking tools to keep track of all open issues. Other testing tools, such as JIRA, QC, or ALM, can be integrated to Bugzilla. Bugzilla was written in Perl and runs on a MySQL database.
Select "Simple Search" from the drop-down menu.
Select the bug's status — select Open if the bug is in the open state, and Closed if the bug is in the closed state.
Select a category and component, as well as terms relevant to your bug.
Select the search option.
Open your browser and go to Landfill. Create a fresh bug report.
Choose a product; any will suffice.
Complete the fields. For the "Platform" and "OS" drop-down boxes, Bugzilla should have generated acceptable predictions based on your browser.
Choose "Commit" to submit your bug report.
