FAQs

A manual action report is a report that tells you about the actions taken on your account by our customer service team. The report will list all of the actions taken and provide information about what happened and why it happened.

Use the Rich Results test to determine if Google can access your page and read the rich result code, as well as to confirm the rich result code's authenticity. To see if a page is indexed and accessible by Google, use the URL Inspection tool.

In order to remove a legacy tool, the following steps are taken:

  • Identify the legacy tool.
  • Evaluate its strengths and weaknesses.
  • Identify the viable alternatives.
  • Assess their cost and benefits.
  • Make a decision on whether to keep or remove the legacy tool.
  • Implement changes in the new process

This form is used to document all manual actions taken by an organization that have been identified as potential violations of an established security policy or procedure. The report should include information regarding the date, time, location where the incident occurred, what type of violation was observed and any other relevant details that will help management identify and understand when there has been a potential breach or violation.

These manual actions can be carried out by different departments in the organization. The document must go through a number of steps before it is approved for release to the public. These steps include:

  • Reviewing for accuracy
  • Reviewing for completeness
  • Reviewing for timeliness
  • Checking for permissions and approvals
