User Management in Wordpress
In today's video our topic is user management in Wordpress.
We will go to 'Users' section from our dashboard, and from there we can add any new user using the 'Add New' button on the top.
As soon as we click on add new user, it will ask us certain details and will then create a brand new user and add them to the site.
It will ask us to enter the username, email, first name, last name, website, and password of the new user we want to add.
After that we will be asked to assign a certain role to that user, such as editor, subscriber, admin, and other. We will add this new user as editor.
Now we will logout from our admin panel, and re login with new user credentials we just created. As the user was just editor, only certain options related to him is showing in the dashboard.
So in this way we can manage users in Wordpress.
