Password protected content in Wordpress

In today's video our topic is Password protected content in Wordpress.

There are some content which are password protected in Wordpress, they opens only when user give correct password, then and then only the content will be visible.

First of all we will open our wordpress admin, ie. from 'localhost/wordpress/wp-admin' and then login with our credentials. Now if we want any post to be password protected, we will go to its visibility and then change it into 'password protected' from 'public'.

After that we will enter our password which we want to set. After setting password we will update that post.

And now whenever we will view that post we will be first asked to enter the password to view that particular content.

Now if any user enters the correct password which we set, the content will be visible otherwise it will not open.

Therefore to view that content user must need to have the correct password.
