Multiple Div in HTML and CSS

Multiple Div in HTML and CSS

In today's video our topic is multiple div in HTML and CSS.

So for what we want, we need to create three more different divs inside the content1 div which we created.

<div id="content1">

<div id="con1">div1

</div>

<div id="con2">div2

</div>

<div id="con3">div3

</div>

</div>

Now we need to add CSS to provide certain properties to our content's div. Therefore the following code we need to add to our CSS :

#con1

{

height:300px;

width:166px;

background-color:red;

float:left;

}

#con2

{

height:300px;

width:166px;

background-color:yellow;

float:left;

}

#con3

{

height:300px;

width:166px;

background-color:green;

float:left;

}

Now we need to get this HTML and CSS to Wordpress, so for that we will copy files and paste it to the Design page's text editor part.

So in this way we can create multiple divs in HTML and CSS and get it into our wordpress theme.
