Alignment and DIstribution of Objects in CorelDRAW

  • Choose the things.

  • From the align objects to list box, choose active objects.

In CorelDRAW, the alignment and distribution of objects is controlled by two main settings: Alignment and Distribution. These settings can be found in the Layout dialog box. The Alignment setting controls how objects are aligned on a page. The Distribution setting controls how objects are distributed across a page.

  • The alignment tool helps in creating consistent margins on all sides of an object or text. This can be done by using the ruler, grid lines, guides, or by using the grid overlay feature. For example, if you want to align a text at a certain distance from an object, you can use this tool to set the horizontal position of the text and then adjust its vertical position according to where you want it to appear on your layout.
  • The distribution tool helps in creating evenly spaced objects or texts across your design. It allows users to quickly distribute objects in proportionate

  • Alignment: Alignment is the process of aligning the objects in CorelDRAW so that they are all on the same page.
  • Distribution: Distribution is the process of spreading objects out on a page to give it a more balanced look.

In order to align objects in CorelDRAW, you should first select the object you want to align. This is done by clicking on the object and then pressing and holding the shift key while moving it. For example, if you wanted to align a text box with a rectangle, you would select the text box and then press and hold shift while dragging it over the rectangle.
